I didn't actually. It was kinda heavy for a first date lol.

I really liked it. Gaga was meant to play that part fo sho. The music is great yo - not always the case with these films.

My girlfriend and I both agree; the first half is a great date movie, second half... not so much.

Also, I didn't cry on first viewing, but I bawled my eyes out for the entire third act on seconding viewing.
