I'd like to mention that while I certainly agree with that influx of noobs on the board the quality of the site has dropped significantly. You know what's a fabulous cure to the problem? Respond as intelligently as you ever could, set a standard of rational debate and discussion, and the noobs will either follow or be ignored. But that wasn't what happened. This isn't from a place of animosity towards almost any of you. I respect most of the veterans on the board, and have only ever tried to encourage an informed and intelligent discussion amongst us, even in the face of harsh disagreements and occasionally offensive remarks.

You guys abandoned trying to make the site a better place, so this entire debacle is as much your fault as anyone else's, if not more so. Do yourselves, and the board, a favor- stop pretending that isn't the case.
