1. The Neighborhood (feat. Lil'Herb & Cocaine 80s) - 4/5 (great start)
2. Diamonds (feat. Big Sean) - 1/5 (terrible big sean is fucking terrible beat and common are meh...)
3. Blak Majik (feat. Jhene Aiko) - 3/5 (weird overall track)
4. Speak My Piece - 2.5/5 (ugh)
5. Hustle Harder (feat. Snoh Aalegra & Dreezy) - 3.5/5 (decent joint)
6. Nobody's Smiling (feat. Malik Yusef) - 2/5 (the beat is awful... and there's nothing else to compliment it)
7. Real (feat. Elijah Blake) - 4.5/5 (that's more like it)
8. Kingdom (feat. Vince Staples) - 3/5 (good concept but just slight boring execution...)
9. Rewind That - 3/5 (this repetitive thing still better than most stuff on this album lawl)
10. Out on Bond (feat. Vince Staples) - 3.5/5 (a better staples track)
11. 7 Deadly Sins - 3/5 (Sounds a bit like old Common but doesn't feel like old Common)
12. Young Hearts Run (feat. Cocaine 80s) - 4/5 (and he ends it with a good track)

Sounds pretty average. I've seen a few other reviews and this is nothing special from what I'm seeing.

"Kanye was in one of my classes last semester. He was pretty quiet, raised his hand a few times to try to answer questions but never got called on. Mostly people tried to act normal around him so he didn't feel uncomfortable or anything. Anyway, one day his phone rings and the ringtone is some rare Pusha T track that sounded like nothing anyone had ever heard before. Shit was Godly.

Ye is trying to get his phone out of his pocket to answer. The class is going bananas: turnt the fuck up off this new Pusha. The professor yells

"TURN THAT SHIT OFF!".

Dead silence.

Yeezy and the professor lock eyes. Solid 15 seconds of staredown and the lights go out. Gasps and murmurs from the class. A booming voice fills the auditorium: loud and distorted like it's being broadcast through a P.A. system.

"EVERYTHING IS PUSHA T, EVERYTHING IS PUSHA T, EVERYTHING IS PUSHA T, EVERYTHING IS PUSHA T, EVERYTHING IS PUSHA T, EVERYTHING IS PUSHA T, EVERYTHING IS PUSHA T"

The lights flip back on. At the front of the class, the professor is gone. In his place is standing Pusha T. All eyes move to the seat Kanye was sitting in...Pusha T. That's when I realized I wasn't sitting in a seat anymore, I was sitting in Pusha T's lap. I hopped up and tried to bolt for the door (which was also Pusha T) when I realized I couldn't move my feet because my shoes were now Pusha T. I opened my mouth and attempted to draw in a breath of air, but there was only Pusha T.

Only Pusha T.

Everything was Pusha T."

Didn't even think you listened to alternative/rock, but nice albums on that list.

I listen to all kinds of music. Last year I listened to way more rock/alternative albums but this year not so much. I have some other stuff on my list... but most of it has yet to come out and the rest didn't really impress me. And I kinda gave up on hard-rock/metal stuff... Everything sounds the same to me... It's like there's rarely any room for innovation there. But we're just halfway through the year so maybe it's that as well.

Solid list. Some are my favorites of the year. Surprised not to see Jack White on your list and wouldn't LaRoux fall in the electronic category. I just started listening to them and thought they were more towards electronic.
