Hmmm.....
That actually made me revisit Julian Casablancas' solo album which I really loved.
I actually think the signature sound of The Strokes fused with 80s synths worked really well. I hope he drops another solo album.

I still think The Strokes kinda peaked at their first album. The last album of theirs I actually enjoyed was First Impressions of Earth.
Now that's what I call a cover.

It doesn't feel like something I'd want to listen to over and over again, "Exodus" is really the only song that stands out to me, but I liked how different/experimental it was.
I'm actually a big fan of the new Electric Youth song, they're so underrated and underexposed having only released about 4 singles. They've definitely got a good balance between the intimacy of dream pop and the retro fun of synth dance.
