It's available on Amazon - Kindle or Paperback (but 2-5 week shipping for the paperback). The Kindle ebook seems to be available now. And you don't need a physical Kindle to read Kindle ebooks. You can use any of the free Kindle apps (available for Windows, Android and iOS/MacOS devices) plus at least in the US they also have a browser Kindle Cloud reader to read your purchases online.

Thanks! The particular image you have reminds me of an older actor who may have been on old Twilight Zones or old cop dramas.
