If they do decide to include the prologue maybe it'll be on the same disc with the feature. There's plenty of size. Unless they decide to encode it at a higher bitrate (I hope they do if the prologue and trailers are not included).
If they encode Dunkirk at the same bitrate as Interstellar the video file will have a size of 19GB (not including audio).
Imagine if they max it to 40 Mbps It'll be about 32GB.
