Checked the local BaM today with no luck. And they couldn't even tell me if they carry the magazine.

This magazine is on sale now at Barnes and Noble. I came across one on the way home today but it didn't have the Bane cover issue but it had like 8 Batman issues. It shouldn't be hard to find at all, just go to one now and if it doesn't have it go to another one.
