It's not "official" but it appears to be very, very likely considering the source article's title (GUESS WHICH RESCUE ME STAR JUST JOINED BATMAN IN THE DARK KNIGHT RISES…?). Although /Film's write-up mistakenly says Marion Cotillard is confirmed.

Apparently it seems that The Dark Knight Rises isn't official at all. I doubt Christopher Nolan will make a movie called that. I even doubt that Christopher Nolan exists. Those guys on IMDb post every shit on the site they hear on the streets.
