In few days time it won't be.

We got the first clips for The Dark Knight on June the 27th.

I wouldn't expect them any time soon for Rises though.

TDKR might not even release any clips. There have been no reviews. It's obvious that WB doesn't want to have anything out there right up until the release date. Going by the timelines of past films is moot. TDKR is a whole different thing.
