Even if she got pregnant in the dream (and she definitely didn't omg, It's just Batmotor's sillyness), what kind of importance does that hold AT ALL. They built fuckin CITIES in that dream... CITIES... if they imagined some child or not means absolutely nothing to the plot and movie.
