A number of people have it. As soon as the news about the general's interview leaked, the rest of the media wanted to get their hands on it. That's how the NY Post found out about the Inception review. WB probably has a General McChrystal dartboard in their headquarters, since his controversial interview is the only reason part of Travers' Inception review leaked.

Being the spoiler whore I am, when I saw that, I was immediately said to myself any chance the guy could take a shot of the bottom to get the rest of the review.

its more of a summary of what we already knew rather than a review...or at least the part of the article that we can see
