I usually do not read every article posted here, but since you said it contained all 3 of his new projects, it got my interest.
And it is!
Superman is going to be great. Chris and Goyer wrote the story, Goyer is writing the screenplay. He does not suggest anyone who will direct, the author only points out to the rumour of Jonathan directing. (Somehow, I hope he will, but I guess he won't).
And then the Batman 3 news:
Chris is talking about it in a way that I can only conclude that he is in. He does not state he is directing, but he is deffinately producing! Jonathan is writing a screenplay based on a story of David and Chris. We might not get the official news of Chris directing until the release of Inception, but like the way he is telling is about Batman 3, I'd say he will be!

David emerges from the store slowly. He braces himself against a parked car and then keeps on walking in a nightmarish daze.
