It’s not full of spoilers, as far as I’m concerned. It mainly sets up the mood of the final showdown but pretty much zilch concerning spoilers, unless you’re into dissecting every shot to come up with theories. But that’s not a healthy way to live

It's not full of spoilers but I would say that if you don't know much about the show (or nothing at all) then yeah it does kind of spoil a lot.

Personally I don't think it spoils anything of importance for S8. But some probably would feel that way about a couple of things.
