Highly agreed. I knew about the tunguska event long before I knew who Carl Sagan was though after reading some science mag when I was 5 and was hooked on comets, exploding ufo's and asteroids, or even dark matter ever since.. And hah, true on the Agent Smithy voice ^

A Japanese researcher has used thousands of strands of spider silk to spin a set of violin strings.
The strings are said to have a "soft and profound timbre" relative to traditional gut or steel strings.
