Idk Vader...I wouldn't really classify Inception as a Bond film. It feels a lot different to me. However, it does beat any Bond film ever made.Vader182 wrote:I wasn't kidding though. Inception is basically the best James Bond film ever.
Also, aside of a shitty villain, Casino Royale basically hit everything right.

Your Perfect James Bond Film
Heh, I'm only kind of being facetious. Most of the elements Bond has or does Inception does better. Espionage, cons, sexy women in a kind of femme fatale presentation, huge set pieces, one of which directly inspired by Bond. Nolan himself has called this his James Bond film.Addicted2Movies wrote:Idk Vader...I wouldn't really classify Inception as a Bond film. It feels a lot different to me. Well...Nolan knows best. And if he said that then I retract my statement. I'm not the guy making films after all.Vader182 wrote:Heh, I'm only kind of being facetious. Scorsese's Bond film, if done right, would eradicate the need for religion.

Le Chiffre is a different sort of Bond villain in some ways - he's not got some mad master plan, but they still hit all the right notes with his character, and I think he's suitable for a post 9/11 era Bond.
