The Fountain - Beautiful, and moving performances. Clint Mansell's score made the film for me.

Tree of Life

Such a difficult film to really know how to rate. Technically, its almost perfect the cinematography and editing are spectacular. But as of right now I'm still trying to figure out whether the story really worked for me or not. Regardless it won't get lower than an 8, but it really needs a second viewing at some point.

Well there is a story its just hard to really determine whether there is a beginning or an end. That's kind of what I'm pondering at this point.

Tree of Life- 10/10 - its one of the best movies of the last decade, probably one of the best looking films ever, and one of the deepest and surreal film i've ever seen.
