The Other Guys - 7.8

Walhberg makes it funny. Will Ferrell is kinda annoying for the most part. I wish he would go back to smaller roles.

Watched a couple of movies the last couple of weeks. couldnt post here:

Unstoppable - 6 / 10
solid entertaining, nothing special

Easy A - 8 / 10
cant wait to see emma stone in spidey reboot. nice movie.

Carlos - 9 / 10
run time is five hours but the movie deserves more

The Social Network - 10 / 10 - masterpiecee
a masterpiece. great acting, great directing and a great script.

A Prophet - 10 / 10 - masterpiece
cant believe that i'm giving two movies 10 points. never happend before but this movie deserves it. watched it in theaters and again on blu-ray. instant classic, as good as the godfather...

Inception - 9 / 10
another strong movie from chris nolan. it has some weaknesses, but overall a very good movie. not a masterpiece but it was close.

Black Swan - 9 / 10
brilliant movie, thumbs up for darren and natalie

The Town - 8 / 10
another good movie from affleck.

2001 A SPACE ODESSEY 10/10

Haven't seen it in about ten years and it's just as long and weird as I remember it being. I'm glad I saw the film when I was eleven though because it's such a damn influential movie. The soundtrack alone is worth the 10/10 rating.

The fighter (2010)-9.75/10

Upon the 2nd viweing, this is,for me, the 4th best movie of 2010 (sorry true grit).

The Social Network 9.3/10, finally saw it and thought it was brilliant. The script really sets it apart from being a good movie to a great one. It really speaks to today's generation and the irony of how technology brings us "closer together" while at the same time doing the exact opposite. While I still enjoyed Inception more than TSN, I'd be happy seeing either one win at the oscars. Now just gotta see The Fighter and Black Swan.
