Iron Man was awful for me, so I don't particularly care what happens to the franchise nor to Jon Favreau.

It's the Disneyland section of Disney World, I'm assuming this is what Favreau is alluding to, but I'm not sure.
He is contracted for a film after C & A call Magic Kingdom

Ah, that makes sense. Although it sounds a lot like the Disney version of Jamanji and Favreau's earlier film Zathura.

Disney seems to be having a "theme ride" phase, with Favreau's Magic Kingdom, Del Toro's Mountains of Madness and Fincher's 20000 Leagues coming soon.
