The first episode is more cinematic than The First Avenger (or most of Marvel for that matter) and the dialogue is very George Lucasy, so the whole thing feels more Indiana Jones like than that movie.

The animation is ugly and the show seems to be rehashing stories from the movies except they switch the roles around. Minimum effort to end up with something lazy. Here's a question to ponder: what if you had some imagination?

They really should have called this series, "What If We Hadn't Been Sucking Up to White Male Audience by Casting the Leads of Our First 17 Films with White Men?"
