Eh, I could still enjoy the movie. Lots of people hated 'Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets' and I thought that was one of the best cinematic experiences I had in recent years.

aw lol I was sorta hoping this would be decent. glimpsed through a few reviews and i’m not really surprised at all. saw some say a big problem lies in the lack of chemistry between alita and her love interest. can’t comment further as I’m not too familiar with the source material

Dare I say manga is even better than GITS. If Cameron picked this instead of Avatar in 2009 it would be a global megahit. I'll watch it still, just not day one sadly.🕷

Now around 50% on RT. By 14 February, who knows, maybe the majority of reviews on that website could be positive.

Some good news for this movie it seems .
or just more than sufficiently creeped outbut fans of futuristic sci-fi action may still find themselves more than sufficiently entertained.
