I can see the new JP series eventually evolving into something similar to that of James Gurney's beautifully illustrated books Dinotopia.

Really? As much as I enjoy Bayona's work, I still need to be sold on the new JW.

Exactly what I’ve been telling. They know they didn’t quite sell it yet. That’s either because the movie itself is problematic or because they messed up the initial marketing batch. Hopefully the latter.

Doesn't a new trailer make perfect sense? It's coming out in the first week of June and Avengers 3 is quite a no-brainer to attach a trailer to

I like Chris Pratt and all but Jessica Chastain should take his place as Howard's love interest so that there could be an amalgamation of Jurassic Park, Blue (Red) is the Warmest Color and The Birds where the female sexuality/nature connection made in Hitchcock's films riles up the dinosaurs leading them to break free and wreak havoc in a way thats synchronized to the lead characters' trysts and provocations. Both the first film and the Crichton novel stress the evolutionary lineage of dinosaurs to birds so why not?
