I might watch this with my students as part of the bring back Lovecraft into homes initiative.
Aww mannnn...is that really the blu Ray cover??????
Thematically I understand the cover though I don't love the cover but the studios just don't seem to give a shit anymore about good cover art I've noticed in my shopping over the recent years. Giant pictures of the characters and faces of the actors take priority and it annoys me.

Just saw this, really enjoyed it a lot (a lot more than I expected to TBH). Are all the books a good read?
I loved this film but it had so much hand-holding that they might as well have put Ron Howard in there ironically narrating the plot.

So the 4K physical disc is exclusive to Best Buy and is only available from 5/29 to 10/29 (of this year) or is it only exclusive to Best Buy for that Best Buy and then more stores can carry it?
Everything about the releases for this, theater and Blu-ray/DVD is weird as shit lol

4K. Sharp. Worth it. Got mine almost two weeks ago from Paramount and seen it twice already.
I believe it's the latter.PowerDump wrote: ↑May 29th, 2018, 7:07 pmSo the 4K physical disc is exclusive to Best Buy and is only available from 5/29 to 10/29 (of this year) or is it only exclusive to Best Buy for that Best Buy and then more stores can carry it?

So Garland isn't interested in making a sequel... Which is a pity because this was pretty great.
Haven't read the sequels btw, anyone who has?
