After a tragic ending to her short-lived super hero stint, Jessica Jones (Krysten Ritter, Don’t Trust the B—- in Apt. 23) is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City.
To be released in late 2015.
Figured this could have it's own thread now that we have a good amount of the main cast in place.

A DP's been hired as well. Manuel Billeter, who shot 20 episodes of Jonathan Nolan's Person of Interest over seasons 2 & 3 (including Nolan's directorial debut).
Carrie-Anne Moss has signed on for Marvel’s “Jessica Jones” on Netflix, TheWrap has learned exclusively.
After a tragic ending to her short-lived super hero stint, Jessica Jones (the previously announced Krysten Ritter) is rebuilding her personal life and career as a detective who gets pulled into cases involving people with extraordinary abilities in New York City.
Moss plays the no-nonsense Harper, a person in a position of authority who could prove a powerful ally to Jessica — if the titular character doesn’t completely alienate her first, that is.
In addition to Ritter and Moss, Rachael Taylor stars as Trish Walker — A.K.A. Hellcat, Jones’ best friend and “Doctor Who” star David Tennant joined the series as the villainous Killgrave.
Marvel's press release didn't use a name, so it's possible Harper is the audition name (Marvel changes the names/details of their TV audition scripts to try to keep it under wraps).
Darville will play Malcolm, a neighbor of Jessica’s whose life will cross with the private detective's in a surprising way. Moriarty will play Hope, a young girl who becomes a client of Alias Investigations, Jessica's business. Traval is playing a by-the-book New York Police Department officer.
