A lot of the names they use are likely filler names to prevent leaks (well, that obviously failed). Cavanagh is obviously going to be Murdock in the final scene, and assuming the third guy is talking about Matt Murdock and Foggy Nelson I'm guessing 'Alex' here is Matt. Or they're just entirely filler scenes that aren't in the actual episode, and more of a general guideline.

Also, I like the last guy a lot. He's got that suave-ass businessman voice.

Stephen DeKnight on Daredevil (from the Red Carpet of GOTG)
We're going for a very gritty 1970's New York feel for the show. We love the idea of beauty in the decay of the city and Hell's Kitchen being a place that is both horrible and beautiful at the same time, and that's why Matt Murdock loves it so much and wants to protect it.
