The groups are drawn later today. It would be nice for us not to be involved in a group of death. Not that I expect us to go that far anyways.....but I would like to get out of the group stages at least.

Uruguay, Italy and Costa Rica.......yeah, tough one.

Whilst Argentina get a piss easy group and a relatively straight forward draw up until the QF's.

Group B and G are also really good ones.

No the first game is Brazil - Croatia. Croatia aren't a bad team so I wouldn't underestimate them, though I don't expect them to beat Brazil. Can't take Cameroon lightly either.

How do these groups work? Never followed the WC before.

I don't like the look of Germany and (especially) Portugal being thrown in with the US.

Group H = Group of death yo.

But some of my fav players are on Italy plus my mom is Italian so she always roots for Italy so I sometimes root for them on the side. But I 100% support England, thats my squad.

Group C is a complete joke

No offence dream and dodd but England sucks and won’t get past the group stage.

USA and Ghana are just….there's no way they’ll advance over Germany and Portugal but at least the slaughter will be taking place in a beautiful backdrop.

And oh boy group H, here’s the thing, I believe Algeria can go far and surprise their opponents like 1982 but only if they're there to play to their fullest, not the half-hearted bullshit that was 2010. But fuck, the Belgium will be nearly impossible to beat.
