I liked it a lot. It didn't blow me away or anything, but I was entertained the whole time, even thought it could have been 10 minutes longer cuz the pacing is so aggressive toward the end.
I get why people don't rave over it, but I think it's far from shitty. My girlfriend, who legitimately hates video games, said she liked it a lot and made her want to know more about them. So that impressed me.
And as an adaptation, I thought it was great! It drew from the whole expanded Warcraft universe that we've learned about int he decades since Orcs and Humans, but mostly stuck to that story to set up for the big picture. I've been playing since tides of darkness so there were a lot of moments that made me giddy inside. I thought it was very respectful of the source material while not being confined by it.
