Count me amongst the blind. I guess once the Joker sits up it's such a tense moment that I forgot the guards were ever there.

I find it odd that you guys didn't notice it ...
I mean after Joker kills Gambol, I thought "wait what happened to those other guards? Oh yeah they were just stabbed."
But I admit not noticing when Dent grabs the guard before getting in the car.
If she plays cranium she gives good brainium.
