Re: Running time?
I think what made most of Nolan's film long were the character's backstories. We got to know Cobb and his tragedy quite well and that takes up time. Not that I'm complaining about that. Just sketching that Dunkirk won't delve into the characters' backstories. We'll be with them in the moment, and g...

Re: Running time?
His films may at times be long, but they never really feel like they drag.
I would have watched a four hour version of TDKR or Interstellar, to be honest.

Re: IMAX Locations and Info Thread
I called Imperial in Copenhagen to know if they're are getting a 70mm print. The person I talked to was clueless. Firstly, he hadn't heard of Dunkirk and secondly he didn't seem to know what 70mm was. I'm almost certain they will get it though since they showed both Interstellar and Hateful Eight i...

Re: The films Nolan should direct...
I think if Nolan were to write/direct a horror film, the kind of film closest to it would have been something like Mr. Brooks. I'm sure he could come up with something equally as compelling. I also wouldn't mind seeing him go back to the early 1900s or 1800s and do something following a kid instead....

Your thread has indeed been deleted. It was probably mistaken for a spam thread yo. So sorry for your loss; feel free to recreate it. Now that you have a higher post count, it shouldn't be deleted again. Kind regards. :ninja: Understood. Just wish I had the exact contents so I could still copy-past...

Why was my thread removed?
I created a thread asking about how Teddy could have possibly gained access to Jimmy's trunk, but it's completely wiped off here. Instead I see spam threads at the top of these sub-forums.

Re: Running time?
When Nolan mentioned those "experiential two hours," I figured he meant two hours after the battle started or what have you.
Then again, this film might kick into the action on minute number one.

Re: How Inception could be continued
I could see Inception having a prequel before a sequel. A sequel wouldn't even seem right with the way that it ended. This is really the only chance. Cobb, Arthur, and Eames are involved in a pre-COBOL extraction heist. Mal is still with Cobb, they are in the U.S., and whatever it is that they do/d...
