Yeah I love Batman Begins, only slightly less than TDK. I think I enjoy both equally, but TDK still makes me flinch every time the joker holds up a knife, or when he drops Rachel. And for that, it gets number 1 (well, ties).

As much as I love the Coen's brand of comedy and can see Nolan writing the same type of humor, I don't see it happening because of his use of non-linear plots and psychological shenanigans (honestly can't think of a better word right now).
