Ok, when do non-early access tickets go on sale? That is, when do tickets go on sale for Sept 3-4?

Is anyone able to get tickets through regal yet? It lets me get to the page to select how many I want, but when I hit "next" it just reloads the page and says, "Unable to add the selected tickets to the order".
