Re: Composers You Wish Nolan Would Work With?
I would really like to see Nolan work with Bear McCreary. The re-imagined Battlestar Galactica, was not only one of the best ever television shows, but it also had an epic soundtrack over its four seasons. McCreary's score work on that show was pretty amazing. He's proved himself to be pretty versat...

Re: Practical Effects vs. CGI
Nolan's use of practical effects, and preffering that MO is key to the look of his films, and is much appreciated by me that's for sure. I'm a massive fan of the old sci-fi classics, like Alien, Bladerunner, and Predator, etc. shot in the days before CGI was very realistic. So a lot of the sfx work ...

Re: Favorite track from the Official Soundtrack
Its hard for me to not play the whole album through every time, as it is like re-seeing the film. Mmmmm...
The standout tracks for me though are;
Half remembered dream (what a mood setter!)
Actually, i can't go on! They're all magic. They all tell a story.
I need another listen!

I'd like to pipe in, if i may, and add that the Inception score is my favourite Zimmer score. It works with the imagery and sound design to make the perfect movie. I've never had an experience like it! I waited eagerly for a year for this film to drop, and avoided all marketing, save the 1st trailer...

Inception Score on vinyl, and extended edition.
A vinyl release of the Inception score was due on Apugust 3rd. Ayone have any updates on this?
Also an extended score must be on the cards, seeing as the digital release of the score was supposed to be 14 tracks right?
