Everyone who said see it a second time and you'll like it better was right. I still think TDK is a better film, but all the things that bothered me on the first viewing didn't feel so blatant this time around. I saw this one in 2D in the theater with digital projection. The first time i saw it in IM...

Bane's Voice
Old prologue voice is issue for some people only because they've seen it a number of times prior to release of TDKR , imagine if you've heard it for the first time like last week? Non-issue really. I have to agree, but for me the issue isn't the fact that it's different.. but how they addressed the...

Well, the comparisons are part of it.. these Batman movies all part of a cohesive whole. To me, the big difference is its really easy to 'like' Batman Begins and TDK. For the evil twisted Joker, there is a likability to the character. Bane doesn't have that attribute, and that is 100% by design. Th...

Hi! Great post! Not to be rude though, but after seeing TDKR I think it's weird to compare both 3 movies (TDKR, TDK and BB) I think the 3rd movie was really there to show how it was only one and the same story. It just completed the other 2 perfectly, after seeing TDKR it would be impossible for me...

It would not work as a major motion picture. You have to stick with certain basics. A batman beyond adaptation would be too 'out there'. Also, I wasn't saying they couldn't do a direct sequel, just that they shouldn't. I get the potential setup, but in no way does it make sense to run with it and t...

I have to disagree with this. Anyone who is familiar with the TV series Batman Beyond would be able to tell you that this movie could possibly act as the perfect lead-up to a movie version of that. If you're not familiar with Batman Beyond I suggest checking out a few episodes. It's basically set i...

Whatever they do I would not want to be the person writing or directing the reboot. It'll be impossible. They should probably just re-establish Batman in the inevitable JLA movie. I figured they'd let Batman lie for awhile as a standalone franchise, and use him to push the JLA franchise, and maybe ...

On second thoughts, and in accumulating the scenes which made me face-palm, I've taken my rating from 7 to 6 out of 10. Most ambitious of the trilogy, but the most baffling. Simple editing errors, poor plot-choices, too many logical fallicies and hammy acting are inexcusable. http://www.thedisabled...

Bane's Voice
The thing -with this prologue introducing Bane- is that you have to get used with his voice no matter how it sounds after the prologue. The first few minutes where just so important. If you can't understand him in the very first minute of the movie people will not pay attention to what he's saying ...

Bane's Voice
I saw the Prologue and the changes from that to the final film were annoying.
I understand clarifying what he was saying and agree with it.. I just don't think they had to change the cadence of his voice and dialogue to do that, and they did. It needed clarifying, not revamping.
