Re: What are your favorite Christopher Nolan movie?

Hm, that's a hard question. In fact, I love all of his moives equally. I can't choose one as my favorite. In fact, I haven't seen Insomnia yet, and that's a shame, but I'm sure I'm gonna buy the DVD. It's the only movie from him I haven't seen (okey, and Following, but it's impossible to get it here...

Re: Website Addition: Inception (2010) Films Page

Very good idea :) Is that sure that Wally Pfister will be the cinematographer of the film? Because if it is, than I'm very happy.

I don't know why I'm writing this here, in this topic. It isn't even a bug, but I didn't want to open a forum for this irrelevant thing. So, my question is: Do I remember wrong that a few days ago there were for about 60 registered user on this forum?? And now as I see there's only 14. What happened...

Re: Better on a second viewing

All right, that's true that the Chris Nolan-films need to be seen at least two times. They are so complex that a simple movie-fan like me can't recognize all the details of the story the first time. I thought you meant that you didn't like The Prestige very much the first time you saw it, but when y...

Re: Watchmen

I know two or three people here in Hungary who have read the comic, and they said it's awesome, it's the best comicbook of all time, it's classic... but it can't be adapted into a movie. What they mean is that it's such a long and complex story that nobody can film it perfectly. I have this strange ...

You know, I've got the original soundtrack at home and I saw the film for about 20 times, and there's something that bothers me. Let me explain it: There's that scene, where the young Bruce shows Rachel the gun (you know, in Rachel's car), than Rachel slaps him, Bruce gets out of the car and walks t...

Oscar for Wally Pfister!

Wally Pfister was already nominated for 2 Oscars (one for Batman Begins and one for The Prestige), but he haven't won anything... yet! In 2009 he is nominated again for an Oscar Award for the best cinematography - obviously in The Dark Knight, and I really think that he's going to win it this time. ...
