Damon must be hustling for a role with his comment about wanting to work with Nolan on Daredevil. But he also said he was the first pick for the other, awful Daredevil film and when he passed on it, the studio gave it to his BFF Ben Affleck. I think he threw shade at Affleck with that one.

Nolan's way too good at keeping secrets. That there is so much speculation about Akira this early makes me think it's a red herring.
