I feel people in the industry love Ludwig Goransson. Gut feeling that it might get the Score nomination...
How could you not love a Swede?!

For the first time since TDK (2008), no Nolan film in the AFI' top 10 :(

Da 5 Bloods
Judas and the Black Messiah
Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom
Mank
Minari
Nomadland
One Night in Miami
Soul
Sound of Metal

Wasn't expecting it to make AFI tbh. The Trial of the Chicago 7 is so blah, meh, yuck all rolled into one.

Can't decide which year was more terrible for american films.
2018 (Black Panther, Bohemian Rhapsody etc.) or 2020.

Why are Biopics always so popular at awards? Such boring compliant way of filmmaking (yes I know there are probably some good exceptions somewhere)

Not a single one of these will be remembered as anything but "meh" in two-three years, bank on it. Tenet on the other hand. Lesser Nolan is still classic. 8-)

Why is it necessary to uplift Tenet by dragging down a bunch of other artists and movies, many of which I'll bet you haven't seen. It's not a competition.
