you must be fun at parties

I don’t go to parties, I don’t drink or smoke or anything so I have no reason to go to parties lol
Hahahaha, in what world is drinking and smoking the only reason to go to parties???
Around here there’s not much else to do I guess, or maybe I’m just biased idk, but I’ve never been to a party where that wasn’t all anyone was doing. Plus, what kind of person that sits on a Christopher Nolan fan forum actually has a social life? Lol

Is there some reason why or is this just guessing?

I think the fear is that US reviews will be flavoured with a bunch of performative social commentary ala Joker. AKA, the “Chris Nolan is trying to murder you” crowd.

I‘d be surprised if that actually happened, but we’ll see. I’m sure there will be a few gems.

New York film critics tend not to like Nolan films and they haven’t seen this yet.
