Every time I hear news on this it just keeps getting better. Just rewatched First Reformed so couldn't be happier to see this.

Fantastic trailer. It reminded me of a Vertigo graphic novel series by Brian Wood, about a Viking warrior who returns home to claim his inheritance. Can't wait to watch this!

It looks great. My number one hope for 2022. But the trailer is generic as fvck. Hope the actual film is above generic.

Not quite Lighthouse level, but still a fantastic experience to watch, and above The Witch for me.

The story is surprisingly conventional compared to what I expected from Eggers, but the craftsmanship is so exceptional that it really doesn't matter. Have a feeling the cinematography category will be stacked this year, but I won't be shocked if Blaschke gets another deserving nomination.

Dafoe and Hawke are the MVPs.
