You can clearly see two SWAT guys in black jump out of those rotating doors in the new promo. Duplicates confirmed?

It's the same person; on JDW's side of the wall the SWAT character is going backwards through time aka "inverted" (←) and is at the end of their journey. The character enters the inversion machine, is flipped back into normal "forward flowing" time (→), and then starts running with great urgency.
That's funny because it's the one thing I am quite worried about; his accent seems to be all over the place. Branagh fake Russian accent also has me worried.
