I can't take a long vacation now but it is something I'd otherwise consider.

I don't like how he generalized all of North America. We Canadians are being responsible and have lowered our number of daily new cases to a couple hundred.

 Yeah that's due to Korea getting super early Premium VOD releases of studio films after only a few weeks at cinemas. Apparently it's due to piracy there being super super high and cinema chains there aren't as stuck up about exclusivity windows as most other countries. Wouldn't happen with Tenet though I don't think... they'll hold off on releasing the VOD version until the world can have it for sure.
Fascinating. Wish theaters in certain parts of the world would loosen up a bit and let something similar happen at least for a year or two until things get under control.

California quietly posted the news that there were 11,126 new confirmed coronavirus cases reported on Wednesday. That’s the second-highest total of new cases since the pandemic began, eclipsed only by the 11,694 new cases reported last Tuesday. But last week’s record was padded by numbers from delayed tests. There is little indication of any such delays being included in Wednesday’s number.
