My guess is it will either be a VOD release or replace Dune and push Dune out to next year.

you guys just wait and watch my prophecy of this getting a netflix release be fulfilled
it only took me a global catastrophe to be right

I’d be fine with Tenet replacing Dune for a December release as a worst case scenario.
Okay, but where? September? October? November and December are pretty stacked. The Special One wrote: ↑March 17th, 2020, 9:46 amagreeDUNKIRKIE wrote: ↑March 17th, 2020, 5:16 amI don't think they would directly moved it to 2021, autumn/winter window is a fair choice I think. Just avoid DUNE.Vader182 wrote: ↑March 16th, 2020, 3:48 pmTrump just told the press this will be over in July or August "if they do a really good job."
Tenet is lower than low on the list of real world concerns, but we should prepare for the very real possibility it's moved. Possibly into next year, as November and December are stacked.

If too many of these movies getting moved open close together, the box office per movie will go way down as they cannibalize each other.
EDIT: and let me add, Tenet being an original is more vulnerable than the others.

Move it to July 2021.
Bad News: you’re moving it out a full year.
Good news: Chris still gets his much preferred summer blockbuster spot. Plus, the marketing for this has hardly been relevant, so they can afford to shelve it and not worry about the large time gap; not many common folk even know about this film, still.

Please no, the virus should be situated long before then. Also, Spider-Man 3 and Mission: Impossible 7 are supposed to open July 2021.
I`ve read that we should not expect a vaccine before 2021, so this whole thing wont be under "control" for months to come.StarWarsIsAwesome123 wrote: ↑March 17th, 2020, 8:25 pmPlease no, the virus should be situated long before then.
