The Batman (2022)

I'll reserve final judgement till seeing the trailers and ultimately the final product, but I was hoping for a more comic bookish Batman. I loved Nolan's trilogy but after that I was hoping to see a Batman world not so concerned with realism, something like the style of the Arkham video game series.

By the design of the suit and the vehicles this looks like its going for even more practicality that Nolan's films. Doesn't mean the film can't be great, of course.

Honestly...not sure. I don't love the design itself of the batmobile, but I'm sure it'll photograph well in the movie. We'll see.
