They shot the scene in Tallin Estonia but I am not sure if it really plays in Russia because I don't remember what was on the sign with the Cyrillic letters.

Oh interesting, so I'm assuming it was shot at the Estonian National Opera then? Did you get a good look at what the exterior architecture looked like?
