All that appears to be a thing is - it's with the film.

Nolan teasers are made for cinemas first, and almost always play better there than online. That's why he can get away with so minimal footage. So bear that in mind heading in...and expectations in check.

What made people say it will be released precisely in that time? I mean, cant it be released in 3 hours and 48 minutes or something?

They're pretty much always released exactly on the hour because of scheduled posts on all the social media.

IMAX screenings on the East Coast begin at 7pm EST so hopefully someone tonight provides something (bootleg, description).

"We've been had" dudes, that 11pm UK time was only ever in play because that's when the Dunkirk teaser dropped, as soon as the first screenings started. Your fault for taking it as fact instead of a possibility.
