I wouldn't call it idiocy. She's just a more vigilant parent than most. She works in the media industry so I'm sure she's a lot more aware of the messages and subtext in some films than most people.

If I were a parent, instead of outright banning, I'd try to watch the films with my kid and explain the concepts to them.

I think there are bigger parenting mistakes we can make fun of. Like Kat Von D not vaccinating her kids instead of a mom who just wants to teach her daughter to be independent.

Gaga looked so gorgeous! Her makeup was incredible. I want to know what foundation she used because that is such an incredible finish and texture.
Don't know much about make up lol but thought I'd help (if you haven't found out what it is already), her makeup artist used Marc Jacobs Beauty products. Full product breakdown here:

I saw the breakdown on the makeup artist's instagram. I wish she included the foundation she used but she only included the Marc Jacobs products since she has a brand partnership with them.

I love that she and Gaga have this great working relationship together. They always come up with some great looks.

The coverage doesn’t look like too much, so maybe... Marc’s Shameless foundation..? The other one is way too full coverage (check out Chloe Morello’s video on it for reference lmao). Or maybe the base is from her own upcoming line which, I think, she’s already teased. Idk.

Marc Jacobs has some of the best eye liners ugh. I really want the Mocha Chocolata Gloss Stick, but it’s constantly sold out and I need to use up some of my other lip shit before buying new lol. It looks so basic, but so up my alley

She really is pushing the Marc Jacobs products.
For the red carpet, I always want to be able to see her skin, so I talk with her facialist about how we are going to prep her skin for that day. I really trust Marc Jacobs Shameless foundation, because it doesn’t end up getting really shiny and it looks natural

I really love the nude/light colored looks the most. Like this one:

btw Ayesha, if you’re looking for a foundation, have you by any chance looked into Stellar’s Limitless foundation? It’s available in Sephora. Apparently has medium coverage and a natural, radiant finish that’s not a grease slick. Haven’t really heard a bad thing about it. I’ve been tempted to get it myself. It’s a brand that, I think, primarily caters to medium skin tones.

I have heard of that brand! Right now my go to foundation is Estee Lauder Double Wear but I've also been wanting something with a more velvet/softer finish.

I will check out Stellar when I have a chance. Tati did a video on them and she really liked it.
