Hypothetically if this movie were to be remade in today's age on a Hollywood budget who would you want to be cast?
here is what I was thinking:
The Blonde: Abbie Cornish
Cobb: Michael Fassbender
The young man: JGL or Tobey Maguire
And here are my choices for a slightly younger cast:
The Blonde: Rooney Mara (hottie and a great actor)
The young man: Andrew Garfield or Anton Yelchin or Nicholas Hoult
Cobb: Alex Pettyfer or Matthew Goode
Christian Bale - The Young Man
Andrew Garfield - Cobb
Mélanie Laurent - The Blonde
Gary Oldman - The "Bald" Guy
In other departments, aside from Nolan, I think someone like Duncan Jones or Brad Anderson could direct the film pretty well. Also, I think Garfield is a risky choice, because he isn't one of my favourite actors at all, but I think he's be perfect as Cobb. Also, casting Oldman as The "Bald" Guy would be interesting if that character had a deeper back story and introduction.

Christian Bale is a little old to play a "young man" isn't he?
