Starting to wonder if Zeus and Poseidon are even in the film...I don't see any of the announced cast playing them, I keep waiting for one of the trades or film scoopers on twitter to announce someone like Anthony Hopkins was spotted on the set. Maybe as others have suggested, Nolan will portray these two Gods in nonphysical forms?

I think Himesh Patel is part of Odysseus' crew. He was in Morroco, then travelled with the other actors you mentioned. Was part of that clique. Then a lot of the other male actors who we don't have confirmation for will likely be suitors.
The three I am really curious about are Samantha Morton, Cosmo Jarvis and Mia Goth.

Well, if they have added the fall of Troy into the movie, Safdie obviously should be part of it as Agamemnon. If Elliot is Elpenor, wouldn't he be part of the ship crew with Will Yun Lee, and Jovan Adepo? And as far as we know, he hasn't been spotted in any of the previous locations.
Not exactly the most memorable character in the story.
