At this point what we know: Matt Damon was first attached making him likely to play Odysseus.
Then Holland was cast and later Hathaway with a rumour that they would be the main supporting cast making them likely to play Telemachus and Penelope.
Zendaya, Nyong'o, Pattinson and Theron have also been confirmed by reliable sources.
There are lots of part to cast, although it is unknown which part of the journey Nolan will include. It's hard to imagine not including Calypso or the cyclop.
The casting will also help us to guess what Nolan will include in the film.
