The teaser for Oppenheimer (the countdown) was never officially released online, it was a theatre exclusive. Same with the Tenet teaser that showed in front of Hobbs & Shaw. I wouldn't get my hopes up with the teaser for this being officially released online either.always_smiling wrote: ↑June 10th, 2025, 10:37 pmFair enough. I think you are right & I hope that's the case. Personally I would love to see it with JW Rebirth. Also I hope it will get released online the same day or at least after a week similar to Oppenheimer.
Teaser Trailer
Universal did release the Oppenheimer Teaser/Announcment trailer on YT as a livestream that lasted a whole year - up to the date of the Trinity testDylanHoang wrote: ↑June 11th, 2025, 9:56 amThe teaser for Oppenheimer (the countdown) was never officially released online, it was a theatre exclusive. Every teaser has been released online other than Tenet. Oppenheimer's teaser was playing live on Universal's YouTube channel for a literal year lolDylanHoang wrote: ↑June 11th, 2025, 9:56 amThe teaser for Oppenheimer (the countdown) was never officially released online, it was a theatre exclusive. You're right about the ongoing livestream. But even then, Universal never released the official announcement video that lived on its own and could be viewed as is, which is why to me it felt more of an exclusive in theatres. I know that still makes only two of his films with teasers that never got officially uploaded by the respective studios, but it's still a new pattern that's worth nothing.Bacon wrote: ↑June 11th, 2025, 5:07 pmEvery teaser has been released online other than Tenet. I have been informed that the teaser for Christopher Nolan's THE ODYSSEY will be shown in the United States ahead of Jurassic World Rebirth, Superman, and The Fantastic Four (possibly only for IMAX screenings). At first, it will only be shown in theaters, not online. Universal tested two versions of the teaser, and the one selected runs for about 60 seconds. A much longer trailer is set to play exclusively in theaters towards the end of the year.
Going to assume the poster means only IMAX screenings for only Superman and F4 since JW Rebirth won't be on IMAX screens. That said, what will that mean for JW Rebirth? Will the trailer show only for Dolby screens? Or all formats of JW Rebirth?El Especial wrote: ↑June 20th, 2025, 9:49 pmVia XI have been informed that the teaser for Christopher Nolan's THE ODYSSEY will be shown in the United States ahead of Jurassic World Rebirth, Superman, and The Fantastic Four (possibly only for IMAX screenings). Troy Prologue confirmed?
I think it'll be included in all DCPs. But IMAX will get a 1.90:1 / 1.43:1 to show with Superman and F4.

AMC is doing one of its Screen Unseen films tomorrow. It's a screening of an upcoming movie that isn't announced till showtime. But they have to announce the film rating and runtime. So, based on that info, the film is almost certainly the new Jurassic Park movie. I don't know if these films have trailers or even the correct trailers that are supposed to play before the film on normal release. But maybe we have The Odyssey trailer seen tomorrow by some???
