As someone who thinks that this casting choice was a big mistake, those examples are really different and not the best of comparisons (I don't even like Gary Oldman much as a person from what I can tell, but I believe his son). Loosing it on set or even not getting along with someone is different to how Affleck behaved when he was in charge. Generally speaking, the phrase "problematic" is one that I hate and think should fall out of popular usage, because every human being is capable of being good and bad. Decent and polite people still have flaws and have done things that aren't good, same the other way around. But whilst I hope Casey learned from his mistakes, it's a mistake to give him any roles because it will cause nothing but problems all around, if it doesn't then people will complain about that too.
