I think it's the filming title or secret title, you know how Nolan does. Each movie has an alt-title for secrecy during production. This one is "Gadget".

So they moved to LA already, where I think they will wrap the production, maybe in late May or early June?

Dehaan is likely playing Boris Pash or one of the other military intelligence officers who was investigating/monitoring Oppenheimer's communist ties.
